Meditation

There are too many excellent healthcare resources available to list here. In my private sessions, I help you find the particular treatments and practices that best meet your needs. Whatever the mix, meditation should always be included.

Regular meditation is the single most effective action you can take for regaining and maintaining your health on all levels; physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually.

 

There are also too many excellent meditation resources to list here. The approach that is right for you is a very personal choice.

 

Below is a link to the meditation source that I have used for the past 40 years. Obviously I have found it the best for me. You will have to experiment to find what is best for you. This is a good place to start.
